By accessing, using, or engaging with our services, you (“Customer”, “User”, “You”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all interactions made through our platform, whether via website, phone, or email.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use or engage with our services.

1. Nature of Our Business

1.1 Connect-CarRental.com operates as an independent car rental deal provider and not as a direct car rental company.
1.2 We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any specific car rental brand, supplier, or dealer.
1.3 All fares, offers, and promotions listed or communicated through our platform are published and introduced by us in partnership with authorized rental dealers across the United States.
1.4 We act solely as an intermediary connecting customers to verified car rental suppliers based on availability and request.

2. Booking Authorization and Consent

2.1 All bookings are processed only after explicit written consent is provided by the customer via email.
2.2 The consent email sent by Connect-CarRental.com contains key details such as vehicle category, rental amount, pickup/drop-off details, and cancellation terms.
2.3 Once the customer provides written approval (by replying “I Agree”, “Confirm”, or similar acknowledgment), the booking becomes final, non-retractable, and legally binding.
2.4 Verbal approvals or telephonic confirmations are not valid unless accompanied by a written consent response.

3. Fare Policy

3.1 All fares shared by our team are subject to live availability and may change without prior notice.
3.2 Quotes provided via phone or email do not guarantee booking until written confirmation is issued.
3.3 Fares include only the base rental amount unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional costs such as insurance, add-ons, tolls, refueling, or late returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3.4 Once consented and charged, the fare is non-negotiable and non-transferable.

4. Payment and Processing

4.1 All payments must be made using valid, verifiable payment methods authorized by the cardholder.
4.2 The company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized card usage.
4.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring card validity and sufficient balance at the time of payment.
4.4 Once a transaction is processed based on written consent, it cannot be reversed, disputed, or refunded except as stated under Section 5 (Refunds and Cancellations).

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1 Refunds are governed by the fare rules mentioned in the customer’s consent email before booking confirmation.
5.2 If a booking is marked as non-refundable, no refund or credit shall be issued under any circumstance.
5.3 Cancellation requests are subject to the respective supplier or dealer’s policy and not directly controlled by Connect-CarRental.com.
5.4 We reserve the right to deny any refund or modification if the terms were clearly disclosed before payment.
5.5 Refund processing times may vary depending on supplier confirmation and payment processor timelines.

6. Liability Disclaimer

6.1 Connect-CarRental.com does not own, operate, or control any vehicle. The final rental service, including pickup, vehicle condition, and insurance, is handled by third-party rental companies.
6.2 We shall not be held liable for:

Delays, damages, or service denials caused by the rental company.
Accidents, mechanical issues, or traffic violations occurring during the rental period.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your vehicle use.

6.3 Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the rental company’s terms and insurance coverage prior to vehicle pickup.

7. Changes or Errors

7.1 Connect-CarRental.com reserves the right to correct or amend any pricing, availability, or information errors without prior notice.
7.2 In case of a pricing discrepancy, we may either honor the accurate fare or provide an updated quote.
7.3 We are not liable for typographical or technical errors that result in inaccurate pricing or communication.

8. Customer Responsibility

8.1 Customers must provide accurate personal, travel, and contact details.
8.2 Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may lead to cancellation without refund.
8.3 Customers are required to verify the consent email details before approving the booking. Once approved, no changes or disputes will be accepted.
8.4 The person confirming the booking must be the cardholder or have documented authorization from the cardholder.

9. Communication Consent

9.1 By contacting or submitting a quote request through Connect-CarRental.com, you authorize us to contact you via phone, SMS, or email for updates and booking assistance.
9.2 Calls may be recorded for quality, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.
9.3 You may opt out of promotional communications by notifying our support team in writing.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Any dispute or concern must first be reported to our support team at support@connect-carrental.com.
10.2 We may take up to 45 business days to investigate and respond to the issue.
10.3 Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or file public complaints without giving the company an opportunity to resolve the issue.
10.4 All disputes shall be governed under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, and any legal proceeding shall be held in St. Johns County, FL.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, system failures, supplier insolvency, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.

12. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connect-CarRental.com, its parent company Skyfare Systems LLC, and their affiliates, employees, and agents from any losses, claims, or damages arising from misuse or violation of these terms.

13. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at any time, with or without cause, particularly in cases of fraud, abuse, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By contacting, communicating with, or confirming a booking through Connect-CarRental.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
