This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines when, how, and if refunds may apply. By confirming a booking or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to all terms stated below.

1. General Policy Overview

  1. 1.1 Connect-CarRental.com functions as an independent car rental deal provider. We do not own or operate vehicles; all rentals are fulfilled by third-party authorized car rental companies across the United States and other regions.
  2. 1.2 All fares, rental charges, and booking conditions are disclosed before payment and confirmation. Once written consent is received via email and payment is processed, the sale is considered final and non-reversible except as outlined in this policy.
  3. 1.3 Customers must review all details in their consent email — including vehicle type, pickup/drop-off details, rental amount, and terms — before replying with approval.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

  1. 2.1 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bookings made through Connect-CarRental.com are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  2. 2.2 Once payment is processed and confirmation is issued, no refund, cancellation, or modification will be honored, regardless of reason — including but not limited to:
    • Change of mind or personal circumstances.
    • Travel delays, incorrect pickup times, or wrong information provided by the customer.
    • Dissatisfaction with the rental company, vehicle, or service delivery.
    • Health emergencies, weather disruptions, or other uncontrollable situations.
  3. 2.3 The non-refundable nature of bookings is clearly communicated prior to your consent. Proceeding with approval implies full understanding and acceptance.

3. Refund-Eligible Cases (Strictly Limited)

Refunds may be considered only under the following specific and verified conditions:

  1. 3.1 Duplicate Charge: If your payment method was charged more than once for the same booking due to a technical or system error. Valid proof must be provided.
  2. 3.2 Supplier Unavailability: If, after payment, the designated car rental supplier fails to honor the booking and no equivalent vehicle replacement can be arranged.
  3. 3.3 Company Error: If an administrative error was made by Connect-CarRental.com (such as incorrect booking details) and cannot be corrected within a reasonable timeframe.

⚠️ Important: All refund requests are subject to internal verification and approval by our accounting and partner review departments.

4. Refund Process and Timeline

  1. 4.1 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@connect-carrental.com within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
  2. 4.2 If approved, refunds will be processed only to the original form of payment and may take up to 30–45 business days, depending on the bank and payment processor timelines.
  3. 4.3 Connect-CarRental.com reserves the right to deduct administrative, processing, or supplier-imposed charges from any approved refund amount.

5. Cancellations Before Consent

  1. 5.1 You may cancel your interest before sending written consent (email approval). Once consent is provided and the booking is initiated, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
  2. 5.2 If you request a quote but never confirm in writing, no payment or charges will apply.

6. Booking Modifications

  1. 6.1 Post-confirmation modifications (dates, vehicle, pickup location, duration, etc.) are not guaranteed and are subject to the supplier’s policies.
  2. 6.2 If a supplier approves a modification, additional charges may apply and must be paid before the change is finalized.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

  1. 7.1 Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first notifying Connect-CarRental.com and allowing up to 45 business days for review and resolution.
  2. 7.2 Any unauthorized or premature chargeback will be treated as a breach of contract, and the company reserves the right to pursue recovery through legal or collection processes.

8. No-Show and Early Return Policy

  1. 8.1 Failure to appear at the pickup location (“no-show”) will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking amount.
  2. 8.2 Returning the vehicle before the agreed rental period does not qualify for a refund or credit.

9. Force Majeure

Connect-CarRental.com shall not be held liable for cancellations or service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, pandemics, supplier insolvency, or system failures. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances.

10. Policy Enforcement

  1. 10.1 Our refund structure is intentionally strict to maintain fairness and transparency.
  2. 10.2 Each booking is treated as a confirmed service agreement, finalized only after written consent and payment.
  3. 10.3 By confirming a booking, you agree that no verbal statements or later claims override the terms outlined in your consent email.
